Adrian and his team have done a superb job. They are polite, courteous and complete their work to a very high standard. They arrive early and stay as late as it takes to complete the work agreed for the day. I have subsequently recommended them to two colleagues due to the quality of their work.

We can't recommend Adrian and his team enough. Really friendly, but professional and incredibly hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They really do have your interests at heart, to the point where Adrian talked me out of a couple of my "great ideas" as they would have been impractical and blown the budget! We are delighted with the job he has done for us and would be happy to talk to any prospective clients. We have already recommended him to several friends and will definitely be using him again.

Outstanding work - a new kitchen was installed after a fire and the quality of work that Adrian Construct did was excellent. They went above and beyond ensuring that every aspect of the job was discussed, completed to a high standard then checked afterwards. I've used them for many other jobs at various properties, plus a work office, and highly recommend them. As soon as I met Adrian and we started planning the renovation, I trust him right away and knew he'd do a great job. He was meticulous and always arrived on time, was there when he said he would be and didn’t try and push for more work. If anything he pulled me back on ideas that would cost a lot or work that was unnecessary.
During the work, he was so respectful of the neighbours, everything was kept clean and him and his team were really fast. The quality of the work was spectacular – finishing touches and things I would never think of were done with as much time and effort as all the major work. It was my first home and I was really nervous about it all but Adrian was so patient with me during the whole process and when I changed my mind on things etc. Him and his team work so hard, they work long hours finishing things to my timeline as I was between houses, and are very proud of their work. They won’t settle for anything under perfect and I felt like they were as excited by the transformation as I was 🙂
I will continue to use Adrian whenever I need more building work at this or future homes and have shared his information with my friends who are starting to buy. His prices weren’t a shocker either – very good value for perfection.
Can’t recommend him highly enough. Very very fortunate that I came across him when he was doing work on my street.

We engaged Adrian Construct to install our new bathroom.  They were very reliable, paid meticulous attention to detail and always left the house tidy at the end of the day.  We were impressed with the quality of their work and are very happy with the finished result.

Adrian and his team have done a variety of different projects for our company. He's done complete refurbs, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, flooring, carpentry etc.
He listens and understands what we would like taking into consideration cost, time and disruption and then gives you fantastic ideas. We've often struggled to find a builder that will complete a job, but Adrian sticks to his word. They work quickly and carefully and are very skilled.

Adrian and his team were punctual, professional and courteous throughout the entire job. Adrian was able to offer great advice - even suggesting we scrap some of the work we initially wanted to do because it would have been a waste of time and money. we always felt like we were in good hands and he was looking after not just our flat but us as well. we had another job done by a different tradesman during the same time and it was then that we realized just how lucky we were with Adrian and his team! we would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Following a damp survey we found that we needed to do quite extensive work to the house and therefore we went out to tender and as part of this process, Adrian was recommended to us. He came along to quote and we haven’t looked back. Adrian and his team are not only very knowledgeable but also appreciate and understand the constraints that many property owners work within, respecting the environment – tenants, neighbours, etc - as well as focussing on the job in hand. The work was extensive and we did find additional issues along the way but Adrian was incredibly communicative providing options and ensuring that pro’s and con’s were understood at each step of the journey. We are very happy with the quality of the work completed and are already planning to book him in to do some additional work next Spring on a different area of the house. I would be more than happy to provide a reference / recommend Adrian and the team going forwards.

It is extremely difficult to find a builder who combines high quality workmanship with good communication skills. Adrian is one such builder. He undertook some complicated outdoor work for us at the end of 2017, making safe a communal patio area that had collapsed so that the land was falling towards our building. It was further complicated by the fact our patio’s retaining wall was connected to another building’s retaining wall, which was in even worse state. Some builders I asked to quote did not even want to take the work on. From the moment I first met with Adrian I felt reassured. My brief was patchy at best, as I did not know how to fix the problem. He was full of good ideas, and clear about what it would cost.

Adrian and his team always let me know when to expect them, and were always punctual. It was never too much trouble to have me come outside and see what they were doing, and Adrian would give me very regular verbal updates too. All work was explained so that I could understand what was happening, and they were fantastic with my two-year old twins when they wanted to come outside and see what was going on too. It was a sad day for them when the work was completed – on time.

I am very happy with the work that Adrian and his team have done for us, and would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. In fact, he has since been to my sister’s home, where he has provided invaluable advice, and prevented her from spending money on building services that she did not require.

Wee cannot recommend this firm enough. The standard of work and customer service is superb. The men are hard working, polite and very nice to have around the house. They are considerate too. All the work they do is totally professional and to a high standard in every way with high attention to detail and finishing. Every night the clear up too. Always on time and do full days work. They were with us three months! We will miss them!!
